Duties You will be involved in all three of our businesses (see below), but we plan to allocate your work based on your experience, ability, and intentions.
1) Real estate tech business: Planning, development, sales and operation of CRE sales support tools utilizing AI x IoT
(2) CRE Advisory Business: Consulting on effective use of real estate, consolidation of offices, etc., and brokerage of other real estate transactions and leasing, etc.
(iii) Real estate fund management: Sourcing of CRE projects, fund formation and management
Required Experience/Abilities Real estate agent license holder
Real estate corporate sales (sourcing, brokerage, consulting)
Managerial experience
Those who match the culture of a small elite group (speed, initiative, adaptability).
Those who are eager to start a new business.
Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
No problem if you have no experience in real estate tech or CRE, as you will learn after you join the company.
Preferred Experience Knowledge Qualifications that are useful and professional in the conduct of real estate business
Experience in real estate M&A

trial period 3 months (no change in conditions during probationary period)
salary Annual salary system (to be determined in accordance with the Company's regulations based on ability and experience)
salary raise Once a year
bonus Once a year (paid based on company performance and individual performance)
