Corporate Governance
Our group recognizes the importance of enhancing transparency and fairness in corporate management, achieving sustainable growth and development, and fulfilling our social responsibilities. We regard earning the trust of all stakeholders as a critical management priority, aiming to maximize corporate value.
To realize these objectives, we are striving to strengthen and enhance our corporate governance system with the aim of establishing a management structure that is sound, transparent, and capable of quickly responding to changes in the business environment.
Founder of the Company. He started his career at a major leasing company before moving into the real estate industry. He gained experience in corporate real estate (CRE) solutions at a major developer and a major J-REIT management company. He has worked on numerous real estate liquidation projects for leading Japanese companies, and was appointed as Representative Director upon the establishment of the Company in July 2019. He is a real estate appraiser.

He has been engaged in all aspects of real estate fund management and major J-REIT management companies since 2007, including fund execution, legal and compliance, finance and investor relations, including equity raising, etc. He joined the Company in March 2022 and was appointed as Board Director in November 2023. He is in charge of all administrative divisions and Public Relations & Investor Relations Office as CFO. He is a qualified judicial scrivener.
After graduating from university, consistently engaged in investment operations at a real estate company. Subsequently joined a venture company as a director, where played a leading role in its listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market. Appointed as an outside director of the Company in September 2023.
