Corporate GovernanceRecognizing the importance of increasing transparency and fairness in corporate management, achieving sustainable growth and development, and fulfilling its social responsibilities, the Group considers it an important management task to maximize corporate value by earning the trust of all stakeholders (interested parties).
In order to realize these objectives, we are striving to strengthen and enhance our corporate governance system with the aim of establishing a management structure that is sound, transparent, and capable of quickly responding to changes in the business environment.
Founder of the Company. He started his career at a major leasing company before moving into the real estate industry. He gained experience in corporate real estate (CRE) solutions at a major developer and a major J-REIT management company. He has worked on numerous real estate liquidation projects for leading Japanese companies, and was appointed as Representative Director upon the establishment of the Company in July 2019. He is a real estate appraiser.

He started his career at a major real estate developer and later moved to a major J-REIT management company. He joined the company in September 2020 and was appointed as Director in October 2021.
