CCReB Advisors, Inc. was listed on the Growth Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on November 28, 2024. We would like to thank all of our stakeholders for their support.

Under our corporate philosophy of “Contribute to Japanese economy and industries by providing solutions for all types of corporate real estates,” we are developing

our CRE solutions business to support the effective utilization, disposition, and acquisition of real estate owned by companies, using our proprietary real estate prop-tech system.

In recent years, as awareness of capital efficiency has increased, corporate attitudes toward real estate ownership have changed dramatically. There are various methods of real estate ownership, such as liquidating real estate as a means of obtaining investment capital or developing income-producing real estate on idle land to generate rental income to further increase the profitability of land holdings.

We will take this listing as an opportunity to communicate with our new shareholders and continue our efforts to further enhance our corporate value, aiming to achieve both growth and shareholder returns.
