Representative Director Miyadera speaks at seminar for regional financial institutions on "The Latest Trends in Soil Contamination Countermeasures for Regional Transitions

　(hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), as a speaker and panelist at "The Latest Trends in Soil Contamination Countermeasures to Know in Advancing Regional Transitions," hosted by the Deposit, Loan, and Leasing Business WG of the 21st Century Principles for Financial Action, on Wednesday, February 12, 2025. I was a panelist at the event.

　This seminar is aimed at regional financial institutions and will provide participants with an opportunity to consider the future relationship of financial institutions to real estate transactions and soil contamination, with experts in various fields presenting the latest developments in soil contamination risk management, which have been advanced mainly in the world of risk management for real estate transactions.

　About 60 people, including online participants, attended the seminar, where our CEO Miyadera gave a presentation on the potential of regional corporate real estate and issues in transaction activation, titled "CRE (Corporate Real Estate) Strategies for Regional Companies and DX Strategies for Transaction Activation. During the panel discussion, there was a lively discussion on how panelists and regional financial institutions should view soil contamination risk and pursue opportunities.

We are developing our CRE solutions business by utilizing our proprietary real estate tech system to meet a wide variety of CRE needs related to corporate management issues.
